- Process, filter, and automate large amount text data pipelines to uncover actionable business insights.
- Help create the vision for future analytical studies that uses advanced analytics technologies. Identifies opportunities where analytics can be used to identify and measure business results.
- Use innovative technologies such as GenAI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and textual analysis to build models.
- Leverage Deep learning / AI / NLP and develop text analytics solution to extract information.
- Build deep partnership with business and technology stakeholders from across the enterprise to understand and existing available data sources.
- Understand and contribute to data science best practices at ADP.
- A degree in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics or related STEM discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of post-graduate experience (excluding internships/co-op) building statistical models and Data Science / Machine Learning work experience (required), experience in B2B, SaaS a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure and conduct appropriate analyses. Prior experience in analytics, consulting, client experience, continuous-improvement or related fields a plus.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, Hadoop. Experience in Tableau or other visualization software, including ability to translate findings to executive audience through use of slides, charts, tables, etc.
- Machine learning skills e.g., Regression, Classification, Clustering. Experience in NLP and Language model is preferred.
- Ability to employ ingenuity and creative data analysis within a robust statistical framework.
- The ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity, and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner with a reasonable degree of independence.
- Ability to create compelling presentations (including charts, tables, graphs) to translate analytic findings to an executive audience.

- Results-oriented, self-starter – quick learner and able to adapt to changing business priorities.
- Provide key support on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analyses by leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills; conduct in-depth analyses to support initiatives to identify opportunities and risks, recommendations, etc.

This can be accomplished by using multiple analytic methods to identify key drivers of client experience related metrics and provide insightful, innovative, and actionable recommendations to improve client experience and business outcomes
- Leverage problem-solving skills to rapidly create ad-hoc analyses to answer complex business-related issues / questions.
- Present key “actionable” findings by leveraging communication, partnership / collaboration skills.
- Create appropriate data dashboards/visualizations (Tableau server) and presentations (MS-Powerpoint) to highlight findings and recommendations for both executive and technical audiences.
- Extract, merge, clean and normalize data sources as necessary for subsequent analytical studies using a combination of Excel, SQL, Oracle, and Hadoop (as needed)
- Performs other related ad-hoc assignments, as needed.
