- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot Studio's canvas interface, natural language processing capabilities, and can configure complex dialog flows with branching logic.
- Candidate should be comfortable integrating chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role.
- This is not a Power Platform administration role, but ideal candidates will have experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform environments as well as Azure DevOps.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications, including PL-900, AI-900, AI-102, MS-900.
