Title: Robotic Weld TechnicianShift: 1st & 2nd shift positions available.1st Shift 6am - 2pm OR 4am - 2pm (as needed).2nd Shift 2pm - 10pm OR 2pm - 12am (as needed)Salary: $25 - $31/hr + OT (dependent on experience).There is a $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.Robotic Weld Technician Role:The Robotic Weld Technician is a key member of our client's team, responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining robotic welding machines to ensure peak performance and weld quality. This role exists to diagnose and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment, applying technical expertise to uphold production standards and minimize downtime.Robotic Weld Technician Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors to maintain weld quality and outputSet up and adjust robotic welding equipment for various products and specificationsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems and componentsAnalyze and modify computer-controlled robot movements to maximize efficiency and safetyInspect and test completed workpieces to ensure they meet quality standardsProvide guidance to other workers on proper machine setup and operationKeep accurate records of machine settings, maintenance, and repairsAdhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work areaRobotic Weld Technician Reporting Relationships:This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
