- Microsoft 365 solutions to promote innovative technologies to solve business problems
- O365 migrations (Exchange online, OneDrive, & SharePoint components from on-prem locations)
- O365 governance, including federation, file sharing, and guest access
- Intune enrollment, Mobile Application Management, Application Packaging, and Endpoint Manager
- Defender suite within M365 including Endpoint, Identity, O365 and Cloud Apps
- Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Cloud in Azure environments
- Exhibits a robust understanding of identity not limited to Entra ID, Active Directory, and integrates of these directories
- Microsoft Suite of products to include but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Server and related cloud technologies
- Some virtualization with Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Basic networking (VLAN, VNET configuration)
- Displays business acumen to develop and present client roadmaps, health checks, and assessments
- Must be open to local travel to client sites, as necessary

- Coaches junior peers and provides guidance to a project team
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Four (4) or more years of technical infrastructure implementation experience with increasing responsibility within Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions, required
- Three (3) or more years of experience in cloud or on-premises server virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), Active Directory and networking, required
- Experience with traditional networking, virtualization, and data center configuration, preferred
- Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred

- Directory and Identity Services (Entra ID, Active Directory, & Okta)
- Office 365 (O365) (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams)
- Endpoint Manager (Endpoint Manager, Intune, AutoPilot)
- Threat protection (Microsoft Defender Suite, Proofpoint, Crowdstrike and others)
- SIEM & CSPM Experience (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Defender for Cloud, Cortex, Prisma and others)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
