
IAM Analyst

- Hands on design and development of process for IAM group to meet business objectives for new functional requirements and user stories.
- Apply continuous improvement initiatives in the Identity management program/processing areas, including process modernization.
- Interact with leading internal/external experts, vendors, and other outside consultants to develop and implement enhancements.
- Provide hands on technical support for IAM and process validation.
- Assist in developing documents, specs, user stories, process instructions and validation procedures.
- Optimize the performance and efficiency of all processes.
- Assist in the evaluation of process failures and participate in failure analysis and build corrective action plan to determine and implement design modification.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple sources of data and produce coherent data to management that makes sense.
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology (preferred) plus 5-7 years of experience in processing environment
- Will consider candidates with 7-10 years of experience in a processing environment in lieu of a degree
- Ability to manage project level deliverables such as preparing project charter, project plan, communication plan and risk management etc. is a plus.
- Familiarity with IAM tools is a plus (i.e., Saviynt, SailPoint)
- Experience with industry tools (i.e. Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Office)
- Experience in Quality Assurance Testing, QA methodology is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written) to various levels of an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with test management software (e.g. JIRA)

- 10% travel as required.
