You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing packages, coordinating services for residents, and providing support to the administrative team as needed. To excel in the role of Concierge at The Rivers At Maryland Farms, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Effective verbal communication is key in interacting with residents and guests, and experience supporting a busy office environment will be beneficial.
The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting is crucial.
Availability to work Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, as well as every other Sunday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, is required.
