- Job Summary:

- Conduct reviews of character art assets against internal references to ensure an accurate representation of the brand.
- Adhere to deadlines related to ongoing projects and keep stakeholders informed of progress toward goals.
- Provide project support as assigned.
- Translate various documents to English or Japanese, as required, and disseminate information as needed.
- Manage correspondence between international offices for projects, as assigned.
- Other duties include liaising between the Tokyo and Seattle office, and vendors as assigned.
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Near native or fluent level language in Japanese (Reading/Writing/Speaking) is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communicator, with an ability to convey information in a clear and courteous manner appropriate for the audience (individual contributor to executive level).
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to easily adapt to new situations, as well as to handle multiple competing priorities, while delivering high-quality results and follow through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Passion for animated entertainment and visual arts.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- While passion for the Pokémon brand is not required, knowledge of and a willingness to learn more about the brand and industry is a must.
