- Develop and manage sales operations for 12+ StretchLab locations.
- Set and achieve key performance indicators for club performance, predicting and meeting revenue and service performance expectations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee profitability across all clubs, working directly with General and Fitness Managers.
- Hire, train, and manage Area Directors, General Managers (GMs) and Fitness Managers (FMs), ensuring clubs meet sales and KPI targets.
- Analyze sales performance to determine effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of club presentation.
- Review sales and expense reports to maximize club profitability and provide strategic feedback.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for all staff levels.
- Identify growth opportunities and market insights to influence future strategies.
- Create and utilize member feedback tools to drive improvements.
- Monitor the competitive landscape of the industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Extensive experience in the fitness industry or related retail management, with a proven track record in revenue growth, culture building, and enhancing the customer’s experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
- Moderate financial acumen, experienced in budget management and revenue enhancement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an innovative approach to operational challenges.
- Customer-centric focus, prioritizing member satisfaction and service quality.
