Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Palestine, United States. In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, developing staff, and ensuring organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Assist in managing daily operations and workflow to ensure smooth functioning of the department
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and maintain effective communication
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
Assist in budget planning and resource allocation
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
Step in for the manager in their absence, making decisions and representing the department
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Solid organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push· Trays may also be pulledClimbing· Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenanceStooping/Bending· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredientsCrouching/Squatting· Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areasReaching· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forwardHand Tasks· Eye-hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day· Frequently activities require use of one or both hands· Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
