- Build Relationships: Proactively engage with clients, foster long-term trust, and position yourself as their go-to expert for protecting their homes and property.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise records of all transactions, including applications, renewals, endorsements, and documentation in the agency management system.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate customers on coverage options, identify risks, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Deliver Service Excellence: Provide responsive follow-up, ensure smooth policy servicing, and support customers through claims or policy changes.
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Previous experience in insurance, real estate, mortgage, sales, or customer service (preferred)
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
