- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of Chevrolet vehicles to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and answer customer questions.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable Chevrolet models.
- Provide information on financing options, warranties, and additional services.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience Chevrolet vehicles firsthand.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales.
- Coordinate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about sales promotions, incentives, and campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
