- Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality roofing installation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and identify potential issues before they arise.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within cost estimates.
- Lead, direct, and mentor roofing crews, ensuring proper training, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Assign tasks, manage workflow, and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-first culture among roofing crews.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to order necessary materials and equipment to meet project demands.
- Manage inventory and ensure roofing materials are available as needed.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Enforce and maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites.
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks with roofing crews to minimize risks.
- Perform regular site audits to identify and correct potential safety hazards.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project owners, general contractors, and company management.
- Provide project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Address any client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in commercial roofing, with expertise in Single-ply, Metal, and Modified roofing systems.
- Prior experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or Foreman in the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct roofing crews.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and best practices in roofing construction.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, resource planning, and budget management.
- Ability to start immediately or as soon as possible.
- Candidates must reside in Florida or Southern Georgia and be willing to travel to job sites within the region.
