- Working directly with dealers, configures orders utilizing the company's ERP system. This includes floorplans, standard features, options, decors, special requests, and pricing.
- Conducts "order card read" meetings for completed orders about to go into production. This includes coordinating with representatives from Engineering, Production, Materials, Quality Control, and Costing to be certain orders are documented and manufactured correctly.
- Develops and maintains examples of Park Model configurations, features, options, decors, both physically and electronically. Demonstrates and provides recommendation of product offerings to dealers and customers.
- Assists with the recommendation and development of new products and features based on dealer and customer feedback and observing industry and competitive trends.
- Prepares reports in summary and detail to identify sales trends and analysis by dealer, by product, decor and option usage, and period comparisons.
- Maintains and organizes record keeping, both electronically and physically, for all dealers and orders in compliance with company documentation procedures and policies.
- Conducts customer model home tours to demonstrate products and manufacturing processes to dealers and prospective retail customers as needed. Conducts product walkarounds to demonstrate features and benefits.
- Assists with development and maintenance of company website, product brochures, and sales literature.

- Ability to identify problems and issues, devise solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Ability to calculate and understand figures and amounts such as square and lineal footages, proportions, percentages, area, as it pertains to design and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally.
- Business Degree or combination of pertinent courses and/or experience in sales administration.
- Strong background and skills with ERP systems and information/data maintenance. Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
