You’ll join a dedicated, cross-functional team responsible for product inspection, assembly, staging and local delivery service of our beautiful American-made home furniture and accessories.You’ll work with a delivery partner (two-person team) to deliver a variety of high quality, American-made home furnishings to the homes and businesses of our Boston customers. In addition to being a delivery driver, you will be a part of a cross-functional and collaborative team where you will support preparing our products prior to delivery to ensure the best quality for our customers. You'll alternate between making deliveries in the truck (2 weeks/month) and preparing products in our delivery center (2 weeks/month). When you're on the road, you'll switch between being the driver and the partner in a two-person delivery team. When not on the road, your time will be spent working in our delivery center, in our merchandise quality role. Here, you'll prepare products for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence. Additionally, you'll engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection, making sure everything is just right for our customers.Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:30am-3:00pm, with occasional paid overtimeLocation:The qualities we look for in a Delivery Driver:

Additional requirements to be a Delivery Driver:
  • At least 21 years of age (Interstate DOT requirement) and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
  • Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
  • Able to pass pre-employment requirements
What we offer our Delivery Drivers:
  • Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 / year ($26.44 - $28.85 / hour)
