Denver Tech Center (DTC) – ColoradoA dynamic and growing commercial litigation firm in the Denver Tech Center is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience, ideally focused on insurance-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage all aspects of complex litigation cases and work directly with clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability, and bad faith claims
  • Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims
  • Take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and attend court hearings (state and federal courts)
  • Draft coverage opinions and conduct examinations under oath
  • Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and appeal
  • Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on insurance-related cases
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with legal technology tools
  • Collegial, collaborative, and creative thinker with a positive attitude
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 (based on experience)
