As part of our Field Services Technician/Electrician team, you’ll provide expert-level installation and Servicess of cutting-edge technology. As a technician, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential by leveraging Services and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity as you offer what they have been looking for — peace of mind.Who we’re looking for:Our technician team is made up of a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. We believe in investing in our employees and providing comprehensive training and support. So, whether you’re an experienced Field Technician/Electrician with the correct license, feel free to apply. In the state of Hawaii, the required license is EJ or EJS.Exceptional customer Services skillsSales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experienceField technician experience – cable installation, internet Installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technicianClean driving record and valid licenseSomeone who thrives in a team environment as well as independentlyPhysical demands of the job:Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.Climb ladders up to 14 feetWork in attics and other limited-space areasBend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periodsSafety culture is strong at Vivint. Field Services technicians will conduct a safety analysis of every home to assure a safe workplace for the technician and the customers.Additional InformationThe base hourly range for this position is: $24.81 - $27.65* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
