PAY RATE: $20.35/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)Industry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Assemble cable harnesses per wiring diagrams, form boards, and schematicsPerform soldering, crimping, plugging contacts into connectors, and torquing backshells to Class 3 IPC standardsWork from diagrams/drawings, perform layouts, and use hand/power tools, jigs, and sawsConduct continuity checks on in-process and completed workPerform quality inspections per specificationsDisassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or production assemblies as neededRequirements:High School Diploma or GED1 2 years of experience in harness assemblyProficient in:Class 3 IPC standardsIPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, IPC-WHMA-A-620Reading and interpreting engineering schematicsMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).About Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
