Clinical Supervisor Job DescriptionPosition Overview: A clinical supervisor oversees therapists, ensuring clients receive the highest quality healthcare services possible. This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision to therapists.
Provide supervision for interns.
Audit clients’ case files to monitor their progress during treatment.
Orient new therapists and provide support and guidance to them.
Participate in the hiring panel.
Ensure staff maintains accurate records and documentation of clients' histories and treatment plans.
Maintain a small caseload.
Work Closely with the Clinical Director.
Level of Education/Training/Qualifications:
Must have at minimum a Licensure (LCSW-C, or LCPC) through the state of Maryland.
Must be a state-approved Supervisor.
Have 3 years of Supervisory experience.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
Physical Demands: Regularly walk, stand, or stoop; occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and regularly drive a motor vehicle.Working Conditions: The position will be remote and in the office.Disclosures: The specific statements shown in each section of this job description are not intended to be all-inclusive.
