- Lead and develop the plant's Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics team, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
- Define, implement, and manage supply chain and logistics strategies, standards, and best practices in accordance with corporate direction.
- Oversee procurement operations to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Manage planning systems for inventory forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and cost control, including make vs. buy decisions.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Develop and execute part-level stocking and replenishment plans tailored to plant requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive cost reduction and process improvements.
- Ensure effective risk management and resource allocation within the supply chain organization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all supply chain and logistics matters.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience in management of materials and procurement
- Excel, Word, Power Point proficient
- Use tools, processes and metrics to optimize supplier value for our business
- Leads by example and motivates people so as to create a challenging, empowering and collaborative working environment
- Strong analytical problem solving ability with excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate between multiple groups in a cross functional environment to achieve objectives
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- BS degree in business, management or other related fields
- Working knowledge of MRP systems, SAP, Data Analyzation, SIEOps
- 3-5 years' experience in management of materials and procurement
The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary.
