- Leads, supports and develops teams to ensure accountability of institutional objectives and operational excellence. This includes effective deployment of human resources practices such as inclusive hiring, performance management principles, development opportunities and employee support.
- Contributes and engages in budgetary, financial and procurement decisions that ensure fiduciary responsibility while meeting operational and institutional goals.
- Provides strategic leadership and coordination of institutional effectiveness functions by overseeing systems that promote continuous improvement, support evidence-based decision-making, and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, strategic goals, and core values.
- Provides leadership and coordination for accreditation and compliance efforts by overseeing evaluations, reporting, quality initiatives, and site visit preparation, ensuring organizational alignment with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversees data governance and information management systems to ensure the integrity, accessibility, and effective use of organizational data.
- Directs annual unit planning, outcomes assessment, and data-informed decision-making to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and core commitments.
- Oversees responses to public record requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies, and provides guidance on complex or sensitive matters.
