This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and operational efficiency to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between departments, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate operations across multiple departments including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment on company objectives
- Manage cross-departmental projects and initiatives from conception through implementation
- Serve as primary point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolution
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Lead process mapping initiatives and workflow optimization projects
- Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify trends
- Oversee strategic business initiatives and ensure timely execution of company objectives
- Coordinate new product launches, system implementations, and organizational changes
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports on operational performance and project status
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integrations, upgrades, and technology implementations
- Oversee ERP system optimization and business process automation initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across operational systems
- Support digital transformation efforts and technology adoption across the organization
- Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and external partners
- Coordinate procurement processes and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant departments
- Oversee vendor performance monitoring and relationship optimization
- Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and service level requirements
- Ensure operational compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
- Develop and maintain risk assessment processes and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate audit preparations and compliance reporting
- Implement internal controls and governance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations experience in high-tech or technology-focused environments
- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and project management
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and business optimization
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and business intelligence platforms
- Experience with process mapping software and workflow optimization tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with business process automation and digital transformation concepts
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and matrix management situations
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication
- Change management experience with ability to drive organizational transformation
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Operations Management
- Professional certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or equivalent process improvement credentials
