DescriptionWage Range: $45.92 - $82.96 per hourPosted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.This is a training RN position for experienced nurses with at least one year of nursing experience who are interested in learning a new specialty. We provide about 8-12 weeks of training depending on the skill set and progress. Please refer to additional requirements below.Job Summary:Responsible for the total direct nursing care of all patients within established standards of care, hospital and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.Primary Duties: * Provides direct patient care and functions as a patient advocate.
  • Assesses the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients.
  • Coordinates the patient and family/significant other education process.
  • Continuously plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, incorporating patient and family/significant other into the process.
  • Participates with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of care.
  • Communicates effectively all relevant information (e.g., patient information, safety issues, problems with equipment, quality issues, etc.) to immediate supervisor, in timely way.
  • Communicates and documents changes in patient condition, on a timely basis, to charge nurse/supervisor and physician.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED for the position:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
  • Minimum of one year acute care nursing experience
  • Ability to start on November 17, 2025
  • Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required)
DESIRED for the position:
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN)
  • Master's in Nursing (MSN)
