- Work within the PC Renewal space to help support project-based renewals (example: Renewals within Plants, special groups, etc.)
- Willing to work across all teams -Customer focused who can clearly communicate expectations.
- Single-point-of-contact for customers for project status, understand service SLA's, etc.
- Familiar with ServiceNow is a PLUS.
- Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc. Facilitate development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors.
- Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measures.
- Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources.
- Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews.
- Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in their respective business domains of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales etc.
- Looking for at least 4+ years of experience in IT.
- At least 1 year in Program Management and Expert in Project Manager
- Project Management, Project Planning, Analyst, Project Documentation
- Bachelor's Degree
