We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and advancement, and the chance to help shape the future of home care.Job Summary:The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to office colleagues, caregivers, and clients and will support the Company by assisting with scheduling caregivers for shifts to ensure an outstanding client experience. The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Senior Credentialing Support Specialist. This position is required to promote and maintain programs that support Federal, State and
local regulations and laws, in addition to adhering to all Company policies and procedures. This position promotes and supports the Company's core values of Compassion, a positive Attitude, Respect and Excellence.Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for incoming calls and transfer calls accordingly
  • Fill in for front desk receptionist in their absence
  • Support office colleagues in administrative efforts which may include data entry, fax and inbox management, mailings, etc
  • Coordinate with Client Care Coordinators and Scheduling Coordinators on the placement of caregivers based on matching caregivers' skills with clients' needs
  • Maintain an up-to-date caregiver availability list daily
  • Follow up with caregivers who have not worked with CCN within the last month
  • Send and follow up on broadcasted shifts
  • Assist Credentialing Specialist with maintaining caregiver credentials
  • Document and follow up on caregiver tardiness, call-offs, and other issues as appropriate in system; Notify HR for guidance on escalated issues
  • Complete caregiver evaluations as required
  • Provide other support as needed
Requirements:
  • One year experience in customer service
  • Excellent client/customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous computer expertise, ability to troubleshoot, knowledge of computer programs, and proficiency with MS Office products
