  • Lead industrial projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients while managing schedules, budgets, and field operations.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with precision.
  • Proactively identify challenges and create solutions before they become issues.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction (manufacturing, food & beverage, power, chemical, or related).
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and cost control.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
