The individual will be responsible for recognizing and analyzing the business purpose and needs, assessing capability gaps, understanding project scope, and identifying all functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, they will host business requirements meetings with the client, assist with User Acceptance testing and assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants.Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce functionality.
  • Experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government).
  • Prior experience with Public Sector Solutions is highly desirable.
  • Firm understanding of Salesforce’s best practices.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.
  • Have knowledge in the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud.
  • Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin as well as Salesforce Business Analyst, are ideal.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on a Salesforce implementation project.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification.
