- Experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce functionality.
- Experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government).
- Prior experience with Public Sector Solutions is highly desirable.
- Firm understanding of Salesforce’s best practices.
- Experience working on Agile projects.
- Have knowledge in the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud.
- Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin as well as Salesforce Business Analyst, are ideal.
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on a Salesforce implementation project.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.

- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification.
