This team is ready to grow again due to the increasing volume of calls from insurance policy applicants.What you will be doingThe key area of responsibility in the role of Customer Service Administrator is interaction with customers, i.e., insurance applicants, to handle Fair Credit Reporting Act inquiries:
Track and enter data received from customers in Salesforce
Respond to consumers via phone and email in a timely manner
Send FCRA consumer reports to individuals after verifying identity
Utilize knowledge of FCRA and IntelliScript procedures to explain concepts and answer consumer questions in a professional manner
Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as your experience and knowledge increases.What we need
High school diploma / GED
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
2 -5 years of customer service experience, preferably via phone
1+ years of administrative experience

LocationThe expected application deadline for this job is November 30, 2025. This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI; however, this position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $45,300 - $84,360. For candidates residing in:
Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $49,830 - $77,330.
New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco the salary range is $54,360 - $84,360.
All other locations the salary range is $45,300 - $70,300.
A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This is a fulltime, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
