- Audit documents in Transaction Desk, confirming required signatures, initials, and proper forms are included.
- Maintain and update MLS listings, including date changes, status updates, and small details.
- Provide bookkeeping support and backup to the Office Manager.
- Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Prior office experience required.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
