Job Description:ResponsibilitiesPsych Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse RN Manager)Day Shift Monday to Friday Schedule$10,000 BonusDover Behavioral Health is a 72 bed inpatient acute care psychiatric facility that provides mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. QualificationsJob Requirements:
  • Licensure: Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
  • 3 years of experience as an RN-behavioral health or correlating experience preferred. 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
  • Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
