Licensure: Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
3 years of experience as an RN-behavioral health or correlating experience preferred. 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
