- Collaborating with students, families, and a team of professionals to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
- Integrating culturally responsive teaching practices to ensure that curriculum and instructional strategies reflect the diverse identities of our students.
- Providing targeted support and accommodations that empower students to overcome challenges and build essential life skills.
- Building strong relationships within the community, connecting students and families with valuable resources and support networks.
- Or are eligible for NJ certification in Teacher of Students with disabilities and one other instructional certification
