
Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

- Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Provide inbound customer support.
- Assist customers with navigation support and road-side assistance.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
- The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.

- The base salary range for this position is $16.50- $18.36/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
