- This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA.
- Base Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 annually plus a 10% bonus opportunity
- Lead the creation of research-based insights by analyzing Salary.com data and software outputs to identify themes that are timely, commercially relevant, and aligned to industry and cultural conversations.
- Partner with marketing leaders to develop editorial pillars and shape a content calendar that reflects both strategic priorities and real-world market dynamics.
- Create and oversee high-quality content across written, webinar, and other modalities-balancing creative storytelling with data-backed rigor.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and industry thinkers to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
- Collaborate with the web and demand gen teams to optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner cross-functionally to create persona-driven, verticalized, and segment-specific content that resonates across our customer base.

- Constantly curious about data, trends, and human behavior. You are naturally drawn to uncovering patterns and stories. You revel in the craft of turning raw research into compelling narratives that feel fresh, relevant, and easy to digest.
- You're comfortable diving into data (excel, software, or otherwise) equipped with nothing but your wits and a few tried and true excel formulas.
- Committed to shaping high-quality insights by learning from colleagues, subject matter experts, and industry voices to sharpen your point of view. You know you don't know everything and enjoy the opportunity to learn from others to hone your work.
- You are energized by pushing publish (IYKYK) and helping others make the most of what you create, but you are motivated by the big picture of seeing your work spark engagement and influence the industry conversation.
- 5+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create content rooted in data and insights.
- Experience identifying and leveraging commercially relevant trends, news, and cultural moments.
- Familiarity with SEO and content analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset.
- Bonus: experience with event scripting, video, podcasts, or multimedia.
