  • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for digital products and platforms.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Translate business requirements into functional UX specifications, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure solutions are user-centric and meet accessibility standards.
  • Work with development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
  • Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as personas, journey maps, and functional requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with organizational UX standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key UX metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in UX analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and UX metrics.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
