- Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and lighting flows
- Design, develop and deploy solutions, including the application and custom objects and fields, lightning flows etc.
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot issues that arise with Salesforce applications and configurations
- Manage stakeholder and customer expectation for both technical and operational support
- Monitor performance trends and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain standards, policies, and rules for teams
- Produce, automate and analyze advanced reports
- Maintain documentation, define best practices and communications
- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform, processes and solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with other solutions like Marketo, Power-BI, ZoomInfo and Demandbase
- 5+ years of experience in configuration, development and delivery of large scale Salesforce solutions utilizing Sales and Service Clouds
- 1+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality to ensure scalability
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified Data Architect
