Sr. Inventory Analyst

• Supports and organizes client specific PI's and required cycle count cadences
• Responsible for client reporting + timeliness
• Internal and External KPI Dashboards
• Initiates and monitors put away and replenishment audits
• Interfaces with client on system-to-system variances, and adjustments of stock in SAP
• Manages and tracks BOC's (back-order cancellation)
• Supports control tower with Warehouse Consolidations & Overall Warehouse Health
• Monitor and control aging and clearance of SAP interfaces
• System to client system reconciliation reporting + approved adjustments
• Trouble shoots broken EDI messages
• Monitors and reports on critical interfaces for lost or missing stock (888, 999, CC1)
• Support cross-functional teams in inventory-related projects and initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes and systems
• Develops and provides Operational inventory control training

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong working knowledge of SAP at a foundational level with focus in warehouse management
• 2 years minimum experience with inventory control
• 2 years minimum experience with inventory management
• Able to work onsite full-time in Louisville, KY
