We believe in servant leadership and building success by better serving our clients and supporting our team.🛠️ What You'll DoOversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finishManage and support foremen and multiple installation teams on job sitesCoordinate crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetTroubleshoot, interpret, and work from diagrams and blueprintsPrepare detailed material, labor, and cost estimatesMaintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and clientsEnsure scheduled requirements and deadlines are met for all active projectsOversee quality control of installed products with field personnelPrepare cost analyses using bid dataReview and understand HVAC equipment selections (indoor/outdoor, evaporator matches)Work with hydronic boilers, water heaters, and zone systemsUse Microsoft Word, Excel, and Procore (preferred) for project management and reporting✅ What You BringMinimum 7 years of commercial HVAC field experienceExperience overseeing projects and leading foremen/teamsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipmentComputer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel; Procore preferred)Ability to interpret blueprints and diagramsKnowledge of state, local, and mechanical codesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDependable, detailed, and organizedValid driver's license with insurable record🎁 Benefits at VanderHyde💵 Competitive Salary: $70,000–$85,000+ based on experience
