No matter what truck or trailer you are looking for, new or used, we can make it happen for you.Join our Team as our Parts Manager!This is a hands-on, working management position responsible for the management of all aspects of the Parts Operations. Supervise direct reports, (Parts Staff, Service and Parts Admin) Work with Management to implement monthly forecast, annual budget and objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Parts Department staff of 5
  • Communicate with customers as needed
  • Assist in part sales (400K monthly)
  • Monthly forecast obsolescence and future service parts demand
  • Manage budget of 1.2 million in parts inventory
  • Responsible for entering payroll
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting to management
  • Attend management calls and meetings as needed
  • Handle Customer complaints with reasonable solutions
  • Create a professional work environment
  • Maintain Safety Protocols
  • Work with marketing to develop service and parts specials
Team Support:
  • Provide backup for Parts Staff when back logged or absent
  • Coordinate/provide training for Advisor and Counterman
  • Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs

Requirements:
  • 1 to 5 years’ management experience in automotive, truck repair service and/or parts
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Suite and DMS Management System experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be well organized
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required
