Ready to bring your best?Coordinates all activities including personnel to ensure the correct and efficient completion of the production schedule.Job Responsibilities:Perform proper training of all chunk line personnel. Will train all chunk line personnel in completing paperwork, reports, procedures and techniques. Ensure that product and materials get allocated to the line. Report equipment malfunctions and perform/assist in performing routine maintenance task on knockdown machinery. Ensure that all paperwork as well as system transactions are accurately completed and performed in a timely basis. Coordinate break and lunch periods/relief to ensure compliance with state laws and company policy. Also ensure compliance with safety, GMP’s, and other Saputo policies and procedures. Maintains a respectful, dignified and professional workplace climate at all times. Maintain a clean, safe and organized area at all times. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:
Must have ability to operate all equipment and machinery in chunk.
Must have excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
Must be able to perform duties and meet company goals under limited supervision.
