Skilled visit nursing provides a flexible work schedule while continuing to build clinical skills in pediatric and adult care. We provide services within clients homes and several adult group homes in the Salt Lake area.We are seeking a CNA to join our team in the Salt Lake area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing AmazingCare to the patients we serve. Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding and mobility
Providing a clean environment for the patients
Charting and documentation of patient status, alongside reporting of changes to case manager
Pay: $21-$22/hour (per visit when under 60 minutes)Sign on Bonus: $500 - FT Only, must be available weekends!Bonus Terms: Full-time bonus paid at 90 days of employment, contingent on an average of 30 visits per week during the prior 90 days, and active employment status on the payout dateSchedule: Full-Time Available!Mornings/Days/EveningsFour Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) shifts required per monthWillingness to travel throughout Salt Lake CountyRequirements
Active CNA licensure within the state of Utah or obtaining license within next 30 days
Active BLS Certification or plans to obtain certification within next 14 days
Ability to lift 50 pounds and assistant patients with mobility
current driver's license and the ability to drive to and access a patient's home without an assistive device
Experience working in Home Health preferred
Previous experience with KanTime Mobile / previous knowledge of electronic medical record systems
