Come join our team!21st Century Equipment, LLCJOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Utility/YardmanREPORTS TO: Service Manager or Location ManagerJOB SUMMARY: Performs maintenance duties for the service department.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintenance of the facility and vehicles.
Maintain tool room.
Perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties.
Assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership.
Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership.
Operate a wide variety of equipment from lawn & garden tractors to large combines.
Loading & unloading trucks.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: NoneSPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.
Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures.
Must have experience operating ag equipment and forklifts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Extended periods of walking, standing and bending may be required.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions in wide ranges of ambient temperatures.
