Expertise and Functions
  • Familiar with US Central Command Operations Center to include various Combatant Command Operations Army Service Component Command (ASCC) and Land Forces Component Command
  • Provide Intelligence support of Research & Development effort for Intelligence into US Central Command (USCENTCOM), organizations, missions and area of operations. Research and socialize different technologies as customer interests dictate; must have the ability to stay current on fundamental knowledge regarding new and emerging capabilities
  • Must be able to provide “day-to-day” multidiscipline analysis for Special Access Program (SAP) activities to include but not limited to classified collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) data management in conjunction with those SAP activities and Military Intelligence Program (MIP)
  • Experience in the following technologies and databases: FALCON VIEW, SIGINT – GALELITE analyst tool, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook and various intelligence databases
  • Full understanding of National Tactical Means systems and architectures an understanding of technical systems, hardware and software and Defense Advance Research Project Agency initiatives
  • Working knowledge of the Central Command (CENTCOM) operational environment along with a strong familiarity with the Intelligence Community
  • Working knowledge of the Joint Emergent Operational Needs Statement, Joint Urgent Operational Needs Statements and Operational Needs Statements process and associated databases
  • Working knowledge of developing objectives, schedules, risk assessments and architecture definition and compliance through the validations and guidance across various Project Management initiatives
  • Working knowledge of the CENTCOM Battle Rhythm requirements to help identify capability gaps with potential technical solutions
  • Must understand the national collections/reporting process and involvement with tactical organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be comfortable briefing a wide range of audiences to include senior military and civilian leaders
  • Must be personable and work well as a team member; experience in managing complex / technical projects and leading action teams across multiple time zones is highly desired
  • Experienced with working in a forward deployed position in support of military operations and willing to travel in support of mission needs
  • Identify core requirements mission areas and obtain access to national developed capabilities
  • Assist supported combatant commanders to define comprehensive intelligence needs and requirements

Requirements
  • Education/Training (both required and desired):
  • Bachelors Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Experience:
  • 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area; previous experience with SIGINT, ELINT, IMINT, MASINT, Cyber Operations, Data Flow Management, Collection Management, Resource Requirements Management, or Space Operations is highly desired.
  • JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, Microsoft Office suite experience required; Experience with Microsoft Project is desired
  • Work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners within a multi intelligence operational center
  • Military Exploitation of Reconnaissance and Intelligence Technology (MERIT)

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have an active TS/SCI; the ability to obtain a polygraph may be required
