- Be the first friendly face patients see—room them and prep for exams.
- Record vital signs and assist with procedures.
- Support nurses and physicians during visits.
- Keep accurate records using NEXGEN EMR.
- Maintain clean, safe exam rooms following infection control protocols.
- Handle patient calls and follow-up instructions.
- Help with scheduling, referrals, and clinical operations.
- Experience in patient care (CNA or healthcare experience welcome—even without formal MA certification).
- Confidence in taking vitals and prepping patients.
- EMR experience (NEXGEN is a plus!).
- Flexibility to travel between offices (we cover mileage).
