Experienced Oracle Database Developer / Administrator
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
5+ years of professional experience in Oracle Database development
Expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, including Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
Proficiency in Java/J2EE development, web services (SOAP, REST), and database technologies (Oracle, SQL)
Proficient in the development/engineering/enhancement of IdAM capabilities, components, and processes
Must have scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization of IDM processes
Experience with Exadata to include components, architecture and overall database performance
Experience with storage management, performance tuning, backup & recovery and automatic storage management in oracle setting
Experience with Oracle Identity Manager including (OIM, MIM and OID) and the supporting tools for troubleshooting and support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with various members of the team
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Active CompTIA Security+ce
Bachelor's Degree or higher is requiredDUTIES :
The ideal candidate will work closely with other senior developers and technical leads to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle Identity Management (IDM) system
This candidate will help provide support to our Federal ensuring accurate and effective performance of their Identity, credential and access management systems across various locations
Help to configure Oracle applications and databases to include Oracle Application Servers (WebLogic), Applications (OIM), Databases (Oracle Database 12c/19c), and Exadata tools and systems
Perform the development of new or existing software architectural plans and designs
Document technical engineering designs, approaches, and strategies
Develop/engineer identity management software workflows and other COTS software configurations
Perform Oracle, Windows, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux patching and system updates
Perform scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Java, and JSON
Verify software scripts and external/internal data synchronization processes
Maintain Identity and Access Management Oracle products including Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID)
Provide knowledge transfer and hands-on training to other team members
Review existing procedures and implement efficiency improvements to include automation of manual processes
