This role is ideal for someone who enjoys streamlining processes, mentoring team members, and building strong vendor relationships. This is a full-time in-office position are our Rosedale location.What You’ll Do
Supervise, train, and support a team of AP Specialists
Manage the full AP cycle (invoice processing, approvals, payments)
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
Resolve discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
Oversee AP reporting, compliance, and month-end close
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of AP or accounting experience
1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of AP processes and internal controls
