We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Revenue & Customer Support Solutions team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of user stories — from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to supporting production deployment. You’ll work cross-functionally with users, solution architects, and development teams to drive impactful solutions that support business operations.Let’s talk about ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate and engage with business users and peers to gather requirements.Work closely with customer service managers and agents to understand the problem statement and challenges.Proven ability to analyze and gather complex business processes and develop effective solutions.Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to drive functional, non-functional and system requirements required for development teams.Work with solution architects and platform architect teams to design solutions based on signed-off requirements.Provide a walk through of developed features and functionality to business users.Facilitate User acceptance testing with identified users and obtain sign off for implementation.Ability to partner with cross-functional teams across ResMed in different time zones.Perform impact analysis for scope change requests and document changes to requirements, business processes, configuration, and data mapping.Follow change management processes defined within ResMed.Provide post implementation support.Work independently with minimal guidanceLet’s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s in computer science or related field8+ years of experience as a Technical Business AnalystStrong business acumen with customer first mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skillsWork effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with remote and global team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Preferred:8+ years of experience with CRM systems – preferably Sales Cloud3+ years of Oracle ERP experience.Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including CRM systems and tools like Seismic.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
