Job Title: Phlebotomist Job DescriptionAs a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. You will work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care in a compassionate and team-oriented environment.Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients and enhance their experience.
  • Room patients and obtain vitals efficiently.
  • Perform phlebotomy with precision and care.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient charts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Assist physicians during procedures, including saline sonograms and IUI.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in BLS and phlebotomy.
  • Expertise in venipuncture and specimen collection.
  • Experience with straight needle and butterfly techniques.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Competence in electronic health records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • Compassionate and adaptable.
  • Passionate about fertility and eager to grow within the organization.
Work EnvironmentThe clinic operates Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM. A weekend rotation is required twice a month, along with a few holiday rotations annually. The facility includes a traditional clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and an embryology/IVF lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology, providing a unique and innovative work environment.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
