
Partner Marketing Manager

- Marketing Strategy & Program
- Develop and maintain the partner marketing strategy, partner give-gets framework, and partner marketing SLAs.
- Identify trends in partner activity to anticipate long-term partner marketing needs as well as potential risks to propose appropriate creative marketing adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and set KPIs measuring the success of the partner marketing program, ongoing campaigns, and joint marketing activities.
- GTM & Lead Generation
- Increase both internal Unisys and external market awareness of the top Unisys partners.
- Create and maintain the business and marketing strategic narratives and plans (“market-to”, “market-with”, and “market-through”) for the top Unisys partners while aligning with sales, executive sponsors, and solution marketing leaders.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Unisys marketing team (field marketing, solution marketing, demand gen, events team, PR, etc.) to ensure obvious partner visibility and focus in all major lead generation programs to drive sales across our solution portfolio.
- Messaging & Collateral
- Drive the creation (and/or derivative updates) of all collateral, topline pitch decks, website copy, and sales enablement training materials related to the top Unisys partners.
- Act as the SME for all positioning and narratives related to the top Unisys partners and how they fit and align to Unisys messaging.
- MDF and Events Management
- Manage and govern the process of approving partner MDF requests and tracking partner MDF funds available to spend per quarter.
- Create and coordinate the partner-centric portion of the global events plan.
- Plan, organize and manage any global or regional partner events which aren’t specifically owned by Unisys Sales or Solution Marketing.
- 5+ years senior B2B marketing experience.
- Channel/partner ecosystem marketing experience required; track record of working closely with partners in the technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for marketing, communications, or business degree.
- Expertise in planning integrated and joint marketing campaigns with KPIs.
- Strong writing and PowerPoint skills.
- Strategic thinking, ability to define a vision, set goals, and objectives, and work across virtual teams and organizations (internally and externally) to achieve well-defined outcomes.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across all levels of an organization.
- Digital marketing experience (inbound and outbound), including data-driven analysis, messaging, positioning, and narrative development.
- Events (tradeshows, regional roundtables, etc.) planning and organizing experience
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply to a variety of audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up-like environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple time zones and teams.
