
ServiceNow SPM Developer - 100% Remote

- Advise on business process and service management best practices.
- Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across ServiceNow Core Services, ITSM, and SPM.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies by customizing the platform.
- Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models.
- Develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences-from technical teams to C-suite executives-to:
- Define platform and integration requirements
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress or risks
- Present findings, roadmaps, and proposed solutions clearly and confidently
- Lead customer-facing sessions, discovery workshops, and status briefings.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions or supporting materials for business users and technical teams.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development.
- 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building.
- Expert knowledge of:
- Core Services/SMP (Service Management Platform)
- ITSM & DEVOPS
- JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience with custom development and digital transformation projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills must be comfortable presenting to both engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Masters degree in a relevant field is required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required to be considered
- Active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
- $165,000k - $170,000k per year (depending on experience)
