- Strengthen the referral and admissions process to support access to care at the national and local levels.
- Facilitate admissions and reporting activities to support budgeting, planning, and marketing return on investment.
- Internal operations support for referral review/admissions process (response times, acceptance rates, customer service and communication)
- Internal support for operations to strengthen contracting and placement process and diversification pf payor mix
- Support for centers with conversion of referrals to admissions related to admissions and operations/administrative barriers
- Review referral packets on behalf of centers (reduce duplicative review, facilitate requests for additional information for center-based review and determination)
- Communication regarding referral/admissions determinations on behalf of center or program
- Develop/Implement payor or contract related expectations
- Identify opportunities and develop processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs related to marketing and admissions (including but not limited to technological advancements such as utilization of the EHR and CRM system implementation).
- Represent Devereux at marketing events (such as in person and virtual exhibit booths and national/statewide conferences), lead by example with organization representation, exhibit representation, relational marketing, and evaluating ROI.
- Market research and agency relations – remaining informed regarding referral trends and changes in systems of care/referral pathways.
- Master’s degree in Human Services, Health Care, or related field with additional ongoing technical training in Program Development and Strategic Marketing Planning. Will consider Bachelor's degree with equivalent years of job-related marketing experience.
- Minimum 10 years of admissions or marketing experience in a multi-site, healthcare or human service environment, including a work history that demonstrates movement and successful performance in positions of increasing scope of responsibility.
