- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Develops strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market products or services.
- Collaborates with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, and external partners and allies in developing, implementing, and marketing strategies, plans, and business models.
- Responsible for marketing and sales reporting to Germany. Leads the sales department in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business or alliance development projects.
- Provides input and expertise to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.
- Researches and learns all new emerging technologies and trends. Manages CRK (Risk Committee) process on applicable projects.
- Responsible for maintaining the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Oversees and organizes tradeshow participation set-up
- Oversees planning of marketing and promotions, including advertising and marketing strategies. Markets new and existing customers through creating, developing, and implementing various business solutions.
- Estimates demand for proposed projects based on market research and consumer trends.
- proposal development experience; experience in dealing with high-level executive officials with demonstrated ability for independent judgment.
